Directions for Use
- Remove the patch from its inner packaging. It will automatically heat up when exposed to the air.
- Apply the patch directly to your neck or shoulder.
- Remove and dispose of the patch after the heat subsides (do not exceed 4 hours of use).
Cautions & Important Safety Information:
- For external use only. This is a disposable product; do not reuse.
- Do not use for more than 4 hours.
- Do not apply to areas with redness, swelling, wounds, eczema, or inflammation.
- Mild and temporary itching or redness may occur during use, which is a normal reaction to heat.
- If discomfort persists or the product feels excessively hot, discontinue use immediately.
- Use with caution during sleep. > * Do not use in combination with other heating devices.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
