Product Usage

Can be chilled, frozen, or heated. Use for a maximum of 20 minutes per session. Always test temperature before applying to skin. Chilled Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before use. Insert pad into cotton sleeve before applying. Frozen Freeze for at least 1 hour. Always place pad into a cotton sleeve before use. Do not apply frozen pads directly to skin. Heated Hot Water Method: Submerge pads in hot (not boiling) water for 3–5 minutes. Drain before use. Insert into cotton sleeve and apply carefully. Microwave Method: Heat pads on a clean, dry plate for 20 seconds. Heat in 5-second increments if needed. Massage pad between intervals to distribute heat evenly. Do not microwave above 700W. Do not allow pad to touch microwave walls or ceiling. Always insert pad into cotton sleeve before use.
