How to Use

The GINTELL SporTrek Treadmill FT401 is designed for home cardio training, allowing you to walk, jog, or run indoors with adjustable speed settings and a cushioned running belt for joint-friendly exercise. To use it, place the treadmill on a flat surface, unfold and lock it securely, attach the safety key to your clothing, then turn on the power using the control panel. Start at a low speed, step onto the belt, and gradually adjust speed and incline (if available) based on your workout intensity. The treadmill functions by using a motor-driven belt system that provides consistent movement, helping you burn calories, improve cardiovascular endurance, and strengthen lower-body muscles while offering a controlled and safer alternative to outdoor running.
