How to Use

The GINTELL SporTREK Treadmill FT421 is designed for walking, jogging, and cardio workouts with functions that include adjustable speed (1–13 km/h), manual incline settings, 36 built-in exercise programs, pulse monitoring, calorie and distance tracking, plus an anti-slip cushioned running surface to reduce impact on joints; to use it, switch on the power, attach the safety key, press START, then adjust the speed and incline using the control buttons while monitoring your workout progress on the LED display, and press STOP after exercising before folding the treadmill with its hydraulic folding system for easy storage.
