The GINTELL S8 Maxx AI Stretch-Robot is used by first switching on the power and selecting either Auto Mode or AI Stretch programs using the touchscreen or voice control, then sitting fully back so the chair performs a body scan to adjust to your height and spine. Once started, you can choose key functions like Zero Gravity reclining for pressure relief, 4D AI roller massage for deep back and shoulder kneading, AirCocoon airbags for full-body compression, L-Flex track stretching to gently extend your spine and hips, and heating therapy for the back and legs to improve blood circulation. You can also adjust intensity, speed, and program types (relax, recovery, stretch) depending on your comfort level, with each session typically running around 15–20 minutes for safe and effective use.^BM^NA

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
