How to Use
Start with a clean, dry lid and shake the product well. Draw a thin line along your upper lash line using the ultra-fine brush tip, working from the inner corner outward. For a winged look, extend the line beyond the outer corner of your eye and create a diagonal shape. Fill in any gaps and let it dry for a few seconds to set the matte finish.
