Product Usage
As the final step of the morning and night skincare routine, take up a small pearl sized amount on your fingertip and gently spread over areas where wrinkles are noticeable, such as around the eyes and mouth.When using in the morning, to protect the effect of retinol, apply UV protective cosmetics on top of the product.If you have had any trouble with a retinol containing product or prone to have skin problems, please refrain from using the product.When using for the first time or have sensitive skin, it is advisable to increase the frequency of use little by little by applying the product only at night every two to three days for the first two weeks and then every night following two weeks.When using another retinol containing product, refrain from using the two simultaneously but use either one of them at a time while seeing how it goes.Use the product correctly by following the recommended frequency and amount of use.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
