Step 1: Follicle Vitality Shampoo Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to wet scalp and hair. Gently massage into the scalp using fingertips to create a soft foam, then work through the lengths of the hair. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use regularly as part of your daily or routine scalp care. Based on the brochure, this shampoo is positioned for gentle cleansing, removal of buildup, and maintenance of the scalp’s natural moisture balance.
Ingredients
Sodium Alpha-Olefin Sulfonate (AOS) Sodium Alpha-Olefin Sulfonate is an anionic surfactant derived from natural fatty acids. It provides strong yet gentle cleansing, removing excess oil and impurities from hair and scalp while generating rich foam. Coco-Glucoside Coco Glucoside is a gentle, nonionic surfactant derived from coconut oil and sugar. It helps to cleanse hair softly while supporting foam formation and maintaining scalp comfort. Cocamidopropyl Betaine Derived from coconut oil and betaine, this mild amphoteric surfactant works in synergy with other cleansers to improve foam quality and reduce irritation. It enhances cleansing while being gentle on sensitive scalps.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
