Warnings for Use: Take notice of any skin abnormalities during use. In case of adverse reactions or the following signs, discontinue use. Consulting a professional such as a dermatologist is recommended, as continued use may worsen symptoms. (1) If you notice redness, swelling, itching, irritation, color loss (such as vitiligo),blackhead, or other abnormalities during use (2) In case of the above mentioned symptoms after exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on damaged skin, such as over cuts, swelling, and rashes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately. Color and odor (scent) of the cleansing oil may differ depending on the time of olive fruit harvestation, but this does not indicate any issues with product quality. Warnings for Storage: Be cautious of storing in shower rooms as product quality may change if water gets in the bottle. Store away from high temperature, high humidity, and avoid direct sunlight. Cleansing oil may become cloudy at low temperatures, but there is no quality problem. Keep out of reach of children."

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
