Product Usage
Assemble and Place: Ensure the fan is fully assembled and placed on a stable, level floor. Power On: Plug the power cord into a standard 220 – 240V ~ 50Hz outlet. Adjust Speed: Use the 3 speed control buttons on the stand to choose your preferred airflow level. Set Oscillation: If you want the fan to rotate, engage the oscillation function using the control on the motor housing.
Ingredients
Motor: The fan is powered by a 55 Watt motor equipped with a thermo fuse for safety. Blades and Body: Designed as a 16” (400mm) Stand Fan, it likely consists of high-impact plastic blades and a metal or plastic protective radial grille. Structure: Features a compact design stand with a weighted base for stability.
Warnings
Safety Barrier: Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other objects through the grille while the fan is running. Water Hazard: Do not use the fan in bathrooms or near water sources to avoid electrical shock. Overheating: If the fan stops, it may be due to the thermo fuse protecting the motor; unplug it and let it cool completely. Unsupervised Use: Do not leave the fan running unattended, especially around small children or pets.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
