Product Usage
Basic Controls Cool Mode: Standard cooling. Set to 24°C–26°C for energy efficiency. Turbo/Strong Cool: Use for rapid cooling when first entering a room. Dry Mode: Reduces humidity without making the room too cold.

Plug Direct: Connect to a wall socket only; never use extension cords. Clean Often: Wash the filters every 2 weeks for better air and lower bills. Dry Mode: Run Fan Mode for 15 minutes before turning off to stop mold and smells. Stay Hydrated: Drink water and use lotion to combat the dry AC air. Safety First: If it leaks water or smells like burning, turn it off immediately.

- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
