Product Usage

1. Fill Open the lid and pour in water. Don't overfill: Keep water under the 0.8L maximum to prevent hot water from splashing out. 2. Setup Place it on the base: Set the kettle on its 360-degree rotating base. Plug it in: Connect the power cord to a standard wall outlet. 3. Boil Turn it on: Use the power switch to choose your preferred temperature and start heating. Wait: The 1000W/1500W system will boil the water quickly and automatically shut off when finished. 4. Pour & Warm Pour slowly: Use the specialized goose neck spout for a steady, precise pour. Keep warm: If you aren't using the water immediately, use the smart keep warm function to maintain its temperature.

Avoid Overfilling: Do not fill the kettle past the 0.8L capacity limit to prevent boiling water from spitting out of the spout. Burn Hazard: The #304 Stainless-steel body is only 0.4mm thick and does not have the "double layer" protection of other models; it will be very hot to the touch during and after boiling. Goose Neck Care: Be careful not to knock or bend the thin goose neck spout, as this could affect the precision of the pour. Dry Operation: While it has an anti dry function, repeatedly turning it on without water can eventually wear down the heating tube and double metal controller. Electrical Safety: Ensure the 360-degree rotational base and the BS Plug are kept dry at all times to avoid short circuits. SIRIM Compliance: Only use the kettle as intended for water to maintain its SIRIM certified safety standing.
