Product Usage
The sticks can be cut by hand. Hold the stick with Suisai facing up to drop the powder downward. Cut using the "open" mark on the back side or the front line as a guide. Then release the powder into your dry palm. Cup your hand with the powder in it and add a small amount of water or lukewarm water. When the powder starts to softly fizz and foam, gently mix it with your fingertips to aerate. Be careful not to leave any residual powder. Add a few more drops of water if required, and whisk thoroughly. Wash the entire face with wrapping movements and rinse well. [Can be use for Foam-masking face wash] After spreading the foam over the entire face, leave on for about 30 Do not leave it on your skin too long.seconds. Then rinse thoroughly. Be careful not to get it in your eyes.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
