Wood Diffuser.Spray: Mix ratio 3ml Essential Oil : 100 Water to create pillow spray, air freshener, room spray, repellent spray.TOPICAL USEApply to skin / Massage: Dilute with Bam & Co. Native / Carrier Oil with the ratio of 1 Essential Oil : 20 Native Oil (eg. 5ml Essential oil to 100ml Native Oil)Best area to apply to are neck, forehead and temples, chest and abdomen, arms legs and bottom of feet.Add few drops to bathtub for shower.Add to shampoo or lotion to apply to skin.
