Product Usage
1. Remove the test from foil pouch. Take off the cap and use immediately. 2. Test in urine stream: Hold the test with the absorbent tip pointing downwards into your urine stream. Keep the absorbent tip in the urine stream for 5-10 seconds. Or test in a urine collection cup: collect your urine in a clean, dry urine collection cup. Immediately after collection, dip the entire absorbent tip to the urine for 5-10 seconds. 3. After removing the test from your urine, immediately replace the cap, lay it flat with the result window facing upwards and then begin timing. 4. Positive results may sometimes appear as early as 3 minutes, but you should wait the full 5 minutes to confirm a result. 5. Pregnant: Two distinct coloured lines appear in both the Control Zone & the Test Zone. Not Pregnant: Only one coloured line appears in the Control Zone.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
