How to Use

1. Wash your hands with mild soap. If your fingernails are long and sharp, consider trimming them shorter, as insertion with long fingernails can be more difficult. 2. Next, find a relaxed position. We recommend sitting on the toilet or squatting in the shower. 3. Use the punch down fold (best for beginners). 4. Insert the cup including the ring fully into your vagina while it’s folded - (a protruding ring may cause discomfort.) Then, give the cup a gentle tug to help it pop open fully and form a seal. Run your finger around the cup to make sure it’s fully open. 5. Once the cup is fully inserted and you do not feel any discomfort then you’re good to go! Carry on with your daily activities with no worries. 6. Remove by pinching the base of the cup to break the seal. Our ring design at the base of the cup is made for you to find the cup easily. Do NOT pull on the ring as this will be painful and might create a mess. 7. Rinse and wash the cup with water or mild soap after you’ve emptied it and reinsert it. 8. At the start of every cycle, make sure your cup is clean and disinfected by using our Bloody Clean Pill.
