Cleaning & Care

Before first use, disassemble and soak the bottle and lid in non-bleach-based sterilising solution for 2–3 minutes to sterilise. Wash before and after each use. To clean the bottle, wash in warm water with milk, unscented soap and rinse thoroughly. Avoid any strong cleaners, oils (including essential oils) or other substances which may irritate your perineum. The storage bag can be thrown in your refular laundry load to clean. Allow the bottle to dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture buildup. Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

Product Usage

Make sure both the bottle and your hands are clean. Fill bottle with warm (not hot) water. Screw top on securely and extend nozzle firmly. Sit comfortably on the toilet, leaning back slightly with legs open. Hold the bottle upside down, pointing the angled neck towards the perineal area, and gently squeeze for targeted cleaning. Gently pat the area dry with soft tissue. Avoid wiping to prevent irritation. Empty and clean the bottle thoroughly after each use, following the provided cleaning instructions. NOTE: When inverting the bottle, tilt slowly to avoid sudden movement. A small amount of water my overflow from the spout, which is normal.
