Collection of Get Active Zumba Fest Pack falls on 8 October - 9 October 2022 (Saturday & Sunday) at Sunway GEO Avenue, Centre Court (in front of Watsons store), u will receive an email with assigned ticket number(s) and a link to register your T-Shirt size(s) within 5 working days.

2. No duplication and/or photocopies of tickets is allowed and accepted.
3. No cancellation, refund, replacement or exchange of ticket is allowed once purchased.
4. The purchase of Get Active Zumba Fest Ticket is not allowed to pay by promo code.
5. The Organiser shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of ticket purchased.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley.
Free Delivery is valid with minimum purchase of RM 100 for West Malaysia and RM 150 for East Malaysia for the 1st 3kg.
- RM7 (for West Malaysia) & RM20 (for East Malaysia) delivery fee will be charged per order within the first 3kg if order value below RM100 (for West Malaysia) & RM 150 (for East Malaysia)
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and Ninjavan.
Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange, Return & Refund PolicyExchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
