Product Usage
1. Carefully tear off package, making sure not to damage the condom.2. During removal from package, avoid damage to the condom by fingernails, jewelry etc.3. Squeeze the reservoir end of the condom gently, between the thumb and forefinger to expel the air out of the tip while placing the condom over the head of the erect penis. This must be done before any contact occurs between the penis and the partner's body to assist in the prevention of sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy.4. While still holding the reservoir tip, unroll the condom over the entire length of the erect penis with the other hand.5. Stop and check if the condom is slipping off or tightening excessively onto the penis as this might lead to breakage.6. After ejaculation, hold on the rim of the condom and slowly withdraw the penis while it is still erect so that the condom does not slip off. 7. Tie a knot in the used condom, wrap it, and dispose it hygenically in a closed rubbish bin.

Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and Ninjavan.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
