Brightening & Hydrating Mask with Natural Essence and Aqua Ceramide

Product Usage
1. After cleansing, prime skin with toner.
2. Place the sheet mask onto the face, adjusting around the eye, nose, and mouth.
3. With the sheet mask still on, gently massage the face with fingertips, using tapping motion. Leave on for 10- 20 minutes.
4. Remove mask. Gentle massage face again using tapping motion for absorption of the remaining essence.
Tips:
Use the excess essence in the package to apply on neck and body as needed.

Warnings
1. If any of the following occur during use of the product, discontinue use immediately:
A. Red spots, swelling, itching, general irritation, or other similar abnormalities appear
B. Any of the abnormalities above appear after exposure of the application site to direct sunlight
Continuing to use the product will cause symptoms to worsen. After discontinuing use, consult with a dermatologist or skincare professional.
2. Do not use the product on open wounds or areas with conditions such as eczema or dermatitis.
3. Storage and handling precautions
A. Fully close the product after each use.
B. Do not store above or below room temperature, or in direct sunlight
4. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and Ninjavan.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content
Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
