A super long wearing eyeliner that dries to a semi matte finish. A flexible tip applicator for soft applicator and fine eyelines. Waterproof and quick to dry. No running, no smudging, no "panda eyes", no fragrance.
How to Use
Apply the applicator pen by starting at the inner corner of the eyelid and draw outwards along the natural contour of the eyelid.
