Product Usage
Dry Hands Only: Always handle the capsules with completely dry hands to prevent the water-soluble film from dissolving before use. Bottom of the Drum: Place one capsule directly into the back/bottom of the empty washing machine drum before adding clothes. Load Size: Use 1 capsule for standard loads (approx. 5–7kg). For extra-large or heavily soiled loads, use 2 capsules. No Dispenser: Do not place the capsule in the detergent drawer/dispenser. Universal Wash: Suitable for both Top-Load and Front-Load machines, and effective in all water temperatures.
Ingredients
Anionic & Non-ionic Surfactants: Deep cleaning agents that lift dirt and grease. Multi-Enzyme Blend: Specifically targets protein and starch-based stains (like food and sweat). Scent Booster / Fragrance: Provides long-lasting freshness. Water Softener: Helps protect fabric fibers and keeps colors bright. Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) Film: The biodegradable, water-soluble outer coating. Bittering Agent: Added as a safety measure to prevent accidental ingestion by children.
Warnings
Do not cut, peel, or bite the capsules. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water for several minutes and seek medical advice.

Shipping Policy
Currently we provide shipping to Malaysia only. Below are the delivery methods:
- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.
- Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM100 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
- Free delivery within East Malaysia is applicable for orders of RM150 and above, only for the first 3kg. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM6.
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and City-Link.
- Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
