Goods sold are non-refundable except manufacturing defect. Gmate Covid Saliva Home Kit has been designed to be an easy to use diagnostic kit for the Covid virus infection. Sample requirement Rinse your mouth with water 30 minutes before sampling, and do not eat, smoke, drink alcohol or drinks after rinsing. Gently spit saliva without bubble into the funnel until it reaches to the lower line of the sample collection tube. Make sure the collected saliva sample is free of impurities. After the samples of human saliva are collected, the saliva should be processed as soon as possible and test within 1 hour. Storage Store between 4-30 degree Celsius, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Always refer to your local health authority for the latest information on how to update and report your test results.

- Home Delivery to West & East Malaysia
- Click & Collect Standard to all Watsons stores in West Malaysia only.
- Click & Collect Express available at Klang Valley Stores & selected stores in East Malaysia.
- Express Delivery available at selected stores at Klang Valley.
Free Delivery is valid with minimum purchase of RM 100 for West Malaysia and RM 150 for East Malaysia for the 1st 3kg.
- RM7 (for West Malaysia) & RM20 (for East Malaysia) delivery fee will be charged per order within the first 3kg if order value below RM100 (for West Malaysia) & RM 150 (for East Malaysia)
- Order will be delivered by using GDex and Ninjavan.
Changes on addresses are not allowed once order has been process.

- Items with icon below are NOT eligible to be shipped to East Malaysia due to it's prohibited content

Exchange/Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
