CHOCOLATES & CANDIES
While on a weight reducing diet there are certain foods you must avoid:
- All sweet foods including ice-creams, cakes, pastries, jams, chocolates, candies.
- Dry fruits and nuts such as almonds, cashewnuts and peanuts.
- All alcoholic drinks.
- Fruits such as bananas, grapes, mangoes, strawberries.
- Vegetables such as potatoes.
- All fried and greasy foods.
