SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We make shopping at Watsons easy and convenient for you! We provide shipping in Malaysia only (West & East). There are two (2) types of delivery mode for you to select from:
• Click & Collect
• Home Delivery
Click & Collect
1. Click & Collect services are only available at West Malaysia Watsons stores only.
2. For Click & Collect online order RM49 and below, RM2 will be charged to delivery to your preferred store
3. For Click & Collect online orders RM50 and above, delivery to your preferred store is free.
4. Click & Collect orders will be delivery within 2 to 7 working days.
5. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a SMS notification on your order Collection details.
6. When collecting your orders, present your SMS notification and I.C. for verification.
7. Click & Collect orders can be collected by your representative by providing the SMS notification of collection and representative’s I.C. number for recording purposes.
8. Click & Collect order that has not been collected after 14 days will then be returned and there will be refund provided.
9. Any return or refund on uncollected orders will be subjected to administrative fees.
1. Home Delivery services is available for purchase within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia).
2. Your parcel will be delivered using Watson's appointed delivery courier company.
3. Once order and payment is made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address unless special case.
4. Home Delivery orders will be delivered within 2 – 5 working days.
5. Free Delivery are applicable for orders above RM150 for the first 3kg only. Every subsequent kg will be charged RM1.
6. Here are more information on Home Delivery charges:
1. We always strive to provide the best to delivery your orders as soon as we can.
2. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays during office hours.
During Promotion Period
1. Please do expect a slight delay in shipping due to large volume of orders. However, we will try our best to delivery as soon as we can.
