We make shopping at Watsons easy and convenient for you! We provide shipping in Malaysia only (West & East). There are two (2) types of delivery mode for you to select from:

  • Click & Collect
  • Home Delivery 

1. Click & Collect services are only available at West Malaysia Watsons stores only.

 

2. For Click & Collect online order RM49 and below, RM2 will be charged to delivery to your preferred store

 

3. For Click & Collect online orders RM50 and above, delivery to your preferred store is free.

 

4. Click & Collect orders will be delivery within 2 to 7 working days.

 

5. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a SMS notification on your order Collection details.

 

6. When collecting your orders, present your SMS notification and I.C. for verification.

 

7. Click & Collect orders can be collected by your representative by providing the SMS notification of collection and representative’s I.C. number for recording purposes.

 

8. Click & Collect order that has not been collected after 14 days will then be returned and there will be refund provided.

 

9. Any return or refund on uncollected orders will be subjected to administrative fees.

 1. This Return and Refund policy is only be applicable for Watsons Online store Home Delivery and Click & Collect only.

 

2. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by phone 1300 880 847 or email mywatsons@watsons.com.my to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

 

3. Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or

b. If the products is near expiry or expired; or

c. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

1. For Click & Collect orders, there will be no refund in cash to customer through store cashier. The refund will be done via the same mode of payment. If the mode of payment is through Watsons VIP points and credit card, the refund will be made through Watsons VIP points and credit card.

 

2. In circumstances, there is damaged, expired or different Product upon customer collection and there is no replacement of Product, customers can return to store another day to collect the Product or request for refund. 

Watsons Elite is a membership status which could enjoy exclusive Watsons & merchant privileges and rewards.

Watsons VIP member who accumulated RM1,000 annual spending (excluding e-pay & Touch 'n Go reload) from 1st Jan 2018 to 31st Dec 2018 at any Watsons store nationwide and Watsons Online are entitled for Watsons Elite membership.

Members will auto-upgrade to Watsons Elite membership status in the 1st day of the following month upon qualification and the membership status is valid until 31st December 2019

Eg. Watsons VIP Card Member success to accumulate RM1,000 annual spending on 15th March 2018, he/she will be upgraded to Watsons Elite membership status starting 1st April 2018 and enjoy Watsons Elite privileges and rewards* until 31st December 2019. (Qualification Period: 1st April 2018 – 31st December 2019).

Yes, you may start accumulating points immediately. However, to redeem the points accumulated and to enjoy 5X points in your birthday month, you will need to activate your Watsons card as soon as possible via watsons.com.my or contact Watsons Customer Service Hotline at 1300 880 847.

The birthday benefits can only be utilized one day after you activate your Watsons VIP Card. During the month of your birthday, you can enjoy 5X bonus points, which is a one-time benefit on your first purchase that month. Birthday bonus points are credited to your account the next working day and are not reflected real time on your transaction receipt.

Your Watsons VIP Card has no validity period. However, you must perform a minimum of 1 (one) Touch ‘n Go transaction in a year to ensure that the Touch ‘n Go function stay activated. Otherwise, the Touch ‘n Go function will be disabled. To re-activate it, please visit any Touch ‘n Go Hub.

Yes. Watsons points expire every two 31 Decembers. For example, points earned in October 2015 will expire on 31 December 2016, while points earned in February 2016 will expire on 31 December 2017.

You get 1 Watsons Point for every RM1 spent. You can fast-track your point’s accumulation by purchasing selected products with 5x or even 10x points multiplier.

Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase. Accumulation of receipts for points issuance is not allowed. For example, if you spend RM8.50 for a certain purchase (8 points earned), and after the transaction is settled, you spend RM8.50 for another purchase (8 points earned), the total points accrued from the two purchases should be 16 rather than 17.

Points can be redeemed in your next purchase at Watsons at the conversion rate of 200 points = RM1. You may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem goods of higher value at a later time.

Points accrued may be redeemed as cash equivalent in your next purchase of any item at Watsons stores & eStore.

Points must be redeemed in minimum blocks of 10points = RM0.05 with no maximum limit.

We do not encourage sharing of your Watsons VIP Card to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.

To enjoy full member benefits such as point redemption for items or to offset your purchase amount, you should register your card. Log on to watsons.com.my and click on ‘Activate Card’. It will require your card number and password.

Complete the online registration form and you will receive an SMS activation code to your registered mobile number to complete your card activation. You will also be prompted to change your password to a new one that is personal and easier to remember.
